Eric’s freelance work spans a variety of topics, from “Five Triad hiking trails you shouldn’t miss” for Our State magazine to a news article about an uptick in lakeside fatalities for Creative Loafing Charlotte.

He helped the New York Post cover the trial of former presidential candidate John Edwards, researched criminal records and pulled files for a New York Times investigation, wrote alumni profiles for the Gryphon magazine at the Cambridge School of Weston in Massachusetts and interviewed two authors about the historic League of Revolutionary Black Workers in Detroit for {Young}ist.

But Eric has primarily been published in Triad City Beat and YES! Weekly newspapers. Select one of the tabs (under “Articles”) to read more of his pieces for the two publications from 2011 to 2016.
